Ponor has received an engagement ring
The real story behind the team out of training camp adventure
past two weeks is now available, for the first time: Catalina
Ponor was the one who has invited her colleagues in the town,
along with her boyfriend.
The reason was Catalina wanted to celebrate with her teammates
her engagement with her boyfriend, a six month old story which
come to the most important point: the boy gave her an engagement
ring and wanted to celebrate.
The girls have kept the secret, even if being under severe
critics from media, RGF and parents-but didn't want to disclose
the engagement things, to help Catalina keep this private.
 After
they get a bottle of champagne (at 10 persons, is like a small
swallow for each one, if they really drink it), they went
to the disco.

bar, which is a luxury one, don't get fooled by the dirty
entrance (main to fool the bribe-looking tax inspectors),
this is one of the best (and expensive) in the center of Bucharest
They have had at those Bucharest disco's, some local girls
who use to dance wearing very "liberal"clothes,
(in fact, very few at all...and shortest you may saw) but
the ones who made sensation were the boys from the men's junior
team (which have escorted the National team girls); to show
up a little, they gave up their shirts and make some sexy
dancing there.
 They
get only not a lot of applause's, but even a lot of...phone
number requests, some offers to dance at parties and they
were offered money in $100 bills (offer rejected, but Monica
made the total counting and were like $2300), to keep dancing
for the women's in that disco. Catalina became soo angry on
boys success-becuase of the attention they have focused on
the group which was supposed to be unanimous- and maybe a
little jealous on her fiancee-who get much attention from
womens, that she have decided they have to go.
 "After
the World Championships, I will retire and maybe will move
to live along with my boyfriend", said Catalina about
her future plans.
