Catalina Ponor- Honorable Citizen of Constanta and...landowner
During a ceremony hosted by Constanta Municipal Council, Catalina
Ponor and her former (first) coach Matei Stanei have both
received the titles "Honorable Citizen of Constanta"
and promises for 500 square meters of land (inside city, to
build a house, approximated value $25 000-$70 000, depending
on the location to be given).
Catalina is now back in Bucharest with her teammates, waiting
for the INMS final conclusions on Rosu and Eremia, to be announced
next week.
In the meantime, we can only suggest to Belu to ask girls
go shopping (bath suits, for example), since those they were
seen in last Gazeta photos, were the old, last year costumes,
something which no "normal" girl (living with her
family and having *real* classmates at school) will not do,
no matter what.
Mrs.Bitang is not famous for her fashion taste, (althrough
she did tried harder past months) the last disaster from Greek
Embassy was a good example (she came with wrong clothes and
decided to stay in the car outside which was bad for the team
- and Romania-image in front of Greek officials) but with
the low Romanian prices (starting with $6 for a decent bath
suit), girls can easily have more options of colors and models.
Especially since some of the team members like Floarea...have"some"
increased sizes this year -which was (too) easily visible
in few photos, leaving some areas too exposed, (for a gym
Star) they definitely need new ones, even if she leaves the
team as it may be announced soon, if Rosu and Eremia will
not be able to train.
