Belu, cleaned up from criminal charges
The Bucharest prosecutor office have announced
that they have ended their checking regarding the possible
corruption in Belu case. Their conclusion was that the prosecutor's
office will not make any criminal charges on Belu.
This does not mean the facts of Belu taking the 30% "gift
tax"were not confirmed, is just they have considered
this is not something punishable by the Law, from the best
of their knowledge at the moment.
A similar case can be opened any time in future, at a former
gymnasts complain or even at Oana Petrovschi complain to the
prosecutor office (she have only a civil suit at the moment).
The civil suit (Oana Petrovschi against B&B+RGF) will
go on, tomorrow being another hearing day in the Civil Court
of Law.
