[March18] Girls,
back on training...outside!
The National Team have had today a...free
space training session, on the National Stadium "Lia
Manoliu" (former "23 August"), right near their
hotel and gym hall.
Last autumn, the girls from "Triumf"
club have made their training session on the grass, too, for
few days-when their Club was asked to pay a huge rent for
their (former) own gym hall, which was given to a private
company (this is one of many examples of Romanian deep corruption
of former neo-communist regime, which went down on last November
elections).
The Romanian Olympic Committee have announced
that they will cover the training costs (monthly 500 millions
lei/ like $17 000), since the cost of training was (officially)
the main reason why RGF have send the girls home.
It looks like it ...pays to have *friends* in the media, due
to the romanian gymnastics popularity and huge audience in
Romania (and people sensitivity on subject...and their lack
of knowledge of true, covered by B&B lies at every step)
and B&B knows very well this, since they have used their
friends so many times in the past.
After the last evening live TVR1 broadcast (Alina Alexoi,
of course...) from girls gym hall-reporting like from a disaster
area or at least from the Funerals of romanian gymnastics-which
wasn't true at all- and the evening Tuca show (first 20 minutes
of the show, with girls speaking about how much they want
kept training) -both available on web-, the ROC want to appear
as the "Solution maker/helper" in this problem and
took the decision over the head of RGF.
