Vieru dislike the Court decision on Petrovschi case
RGF President Vieru dislike the today Court decision to close
the case of Oana Petrovschi, after the former gymnast have
asked for this. This statement came after the morning statements
of RGF lawyer, which sounds like " I regret for not being
here on time, I would protest against the case closing, at
least for my profession egos I would like to ask for another
session, to have a Court decision on this case" . The
RGF lawyer, who came 30 minutes late after the Court session
(making the press joking about him and his strange statements),
seems to be same 70...80's years old generation, like RGF
President Vieru.
During an interview for TVR1 - the Romanian State television,
aired during the prime time evening news, Vieru said that
he don't like the fact that the decision was made out-of-court,
because he wanted the RGF being cleared of any accusation,
in the court of law. He suggested that RGF didn't agreed or
approved with the out-of-court settlement, which seems to
be more a pro B&B solution to save theirs positions, with
the help of their friends from ARDAF which support them.
Last week, the ARDAF insurance company, RGF official sponsor
(the only one, past two years, due to many scandasl around
the team) have announced the closing of an out-of-court deal
with former gymnasts Oana Petrovschi. The President of ARDAF
company have openly told to media that they made this gesture
due to " their admiration for Belu's achievements"
and their personal friendship, and they don't want somebody
to believe they neither agree or deny any of Oana's Petrovschi
accusations.
