handed written warnings to the team
After a meeting of the Executive Committee which have lasted
more than three hours, RGF have decided to let girls train
in Bucharest. The girls from the national Team have admitted
of leaving the training center few times and going
to disco.
Girls, who were accompanied by their parents at the today
meeting, were given by the RGF written personal warnings (according
to RGF status).
This mean at the next mistake they can be expelled with no
other warning (they did received previous verbal warnings
from RGF past months and even last week). It is said that
girls "have lost 1...2 kilos" past week. Maybe they
should go more often to disco, seems to be more appropriate
for their weight than the Bitang "loosing-wheight"
program.
Belu will "think about" his return at team and give
an answer next days, possibly tomorrow.But he already acts
like the main coach, suggesting the team should change present
"Sport" hotel (nearby gym hall) to another one,
in Floreasca area (30 minutes with a car)
because the lack of discipline in the "Sport" hotel.
It would be easier for the girls if they will
keep the team there, but firing all the receptionists, the
manager and those which have approved the selling of alcohol
inside a sport hotel (ROC seems to not knowing nothing about
their own sport facilities). Most important, if Bitang want
to remain a team coach, then take the responsibility of being
near girls all the time, not leaving the hotel during weekends
and nights. If B&B want to (finally) enjoy their *family*
life and their Bucharest villa, there are many other coaches
willing to sacrifice and stay near the team, not giving phone
instructions.
...Of course, Catalina and the "dancing
teammates"should make a charity donation, like three
times the value of their last weeks spending out of training
center. Not that they don't deserve to have fun, we have suggested
to RGF back last October to have a "recreation room"
at Deva center (but Bi...would never allow such a thing back
then).But discipline is important for performance, and the
$ punishment is one they may take more seriously then they
seems to take Bi instructions these days. It's Spring time,
and this will happen easily again, you know what I mean...
