Former
US President Bill Clinton and
Nadia Comaneci, visiting Romania
Former President Bill Clinton will
be the keynote speaker at the BeyondBorders 2005 conference
in Bucharest.. The theme of the conference is "Branding a
country. Building reputation from within".
The event marks the launch of BeyondBorders conferences initiated
by Brand Academy in Romania and will take place on Saturday,
May 21st, 2005.
Nadia Comaneci have heard about Clinton visiting Romania,
spoke with him and she told to local press, during her previous
visit in April, that she will join him during this visit.
..Well, due to the past *good* (=bad) reputation of Mr. Clinton
regarding women's (he used to likes them, almost...all of
them, and some of them...liked him, too), we would suggest
to both Mrs. Hillary and to Bart to better watch out :-).
Especially because we already heard that Western tabloids
are already offering to local photographers top $ for "that
photo" with them.
Anyway, we wish to the Honorable William Jefferson Clinton
(the 42nd President of United States) a pleasant trip during
this his second visit to Romania. First time, he was acting
as President and get a warm welcome-like Bush, too, few years
later.
All the US Presidents are (still) welcomed in Europe and they
enjoy their visits there, because everybody (still) love&like
US and their political leaders.
For example, Romania was the first place where Bush (the actual
President) was able to have a public appearance in a large
public square. Due to security reasons and...because of his
own people opposing him back home in US, he didn't show up
in such large (and exposed) areas, with massive crowds, in
his own country, like he did in Revolution Square in Bucharest,
three years ago.
