[Aug 17] World Exclusive: Romanian
Gymnastics Stars Boulevard in Deva!
Deva, Romania
Local Hunedoara county Prefecture*, headquarted
in Deva, has announced today, during a press conference, that
it will support the project initiated by
www.romanian-gymnastics.com
and will start to work for transforming the Deva city central
Boulevard into a Romanian
Gymnastics Stars Boulevard. All important names in Romanian
gymnastics will have their own Star, same way as the famous
"Walk of Fame" -a Hollywood Boulevard, which was transformed
into a Movie Stars Boulevard.
During a (Star-Trek alike) multimedia
presentation by the Hunedoara Prefecture for the media,
some Romanian gymnastics fans work has been used, to illustrate
the interest of worldwide fans for the Romanian gymnastics;
among them, the famous ShanFan
video "Perfect Ten", recently broadcast

The "Romanian
Gymnastics Stars Boulevard" project, initiated and
supported by www.romanian-gymnastics.com
in behalf of the Romanian gymnastics fans over the world (which
now will have a reason more to visit Deva, the city of gymnastics)
will include few more other features, to help keeping alive
the memory of the Golden Age of Romanian gymnastics and supporting
us to heighten the visibility of the sport and encourage participation
at the grass roots level; it will help bring attention to
the sport of gymnastics and to encourage and promote physical
fitness among our world's youth.
