[01.08 Pure Gold
medal for Marius Urzica
 During
a Romanian national television program aired last evening,
Ion Tiriac, the President of Romanian Olympic Committee, have
revealed that a pure gold medal (Olympics-2004 alike, but
pure, real-Gold made), was ordered by him and will be ready
next 10 days for Marius
Urzica.
At a last week reception at the Olympic "Romanian House" in
Athens, Tiriac said to Marius
Urzica that he deserve such a medal (for his pommel
horse evolution) and their (Romanian) feeling are that Urzica
was deprived by judges of having one.
As a compensation, the Romanian Olympic Committee may give
him such a medal, as a special recognition for his achievement.
Everybody though it was a joke, but during the official Monday
night show on TVR 1, Mr. Tiriac said that he already have
ordered the pure-Gold replica of an Olympic medal for Marius
Urzica.
