[April 5] Belu
and Bitang, to sign new $5000 contracts
Romanian Olympic Comitee will sign tomorrow the new contracts
with coaches Belu and Bitang. The two coaches will visit ROC
at their new headquarters in Izvorani ( near Bucharest, a
new spot area being under construction, including a gym hall);
as expected, both B&b will have a $5000 monthly bonus
from ROC.
After the 2002 (age fraud) scandal, B&B get their first
good payments in a first stage, $1200 for Belu and $800 for
Bitang, later increased to $ 2000 for Belu and $1200 for Bitang.
Now, three months after their (nr.1234, according
to Belu's numbering) *resignation*, they get this (huge for
Romania) monthly payments. Maybe after the *next* scandal,
they can get even more...Better avoid any critics on them,
in future? Well, seems to help them increase their wages,
so we keep *helping* them.
...Being tomorrow at ROC headquarters, Belu can take more
seriously his position as a RGF coach (an official position
which give him some powers in changing gymnastics, if he care
and want to), and may ask ROC to increase the miserable $130
monthly payment (Euros 100) given monthly to Andreea Chelaru,
to at least $250 (which still be almost nothing for a person
in her condition).
This last (possible) initiative of Belu may
came after he said for "Gazeta"
(Feb 2nd) like "I've told to *those* from RGF that is
not normal that an American US gym website to take care of
gymnasts health problems and they do nothing." This wasn't
true, because (apart from this website having Romanian natives
in the management, and he knows well this), same "Gazeta"
have wrote that RGF Anca Grigoras was the one who have sent
last September the documents to ROC, which made them give
the monthly payment to Andreea Chelaru. Our Bucharest contacts
just pushed some things in some places, have obtained (not
only for retired girls, but any girl-the free limited medical
assistance from one of the best European Clinic) but we have
worked with *them* on this matter, which wasn't Belu concern...for
the last 20 years!
Belu speak to the press all the time about "those"
from RGF, but he is having an official position in RGF, too.
This may let him take/change some RGF decisions, too. But
his main concern past...15 years was more about $$$...and
less about girls health, training condition and so on. If
he get the money (from those 30% or ROC), then he can go back
to work, forget the girls.
...Now you have a good chance, Mr.Belu, to
speak with ROC about those two "cases" from
Brasov, too-and help them take a good decision for those children,
also-not only about your$$ problems, which are always the
$ame.

Yeah, now they can just magically get those girls back to
competin' weight...I wonder if this year's Europeans will
be part of their future...
